Hi, I'm Rayna - the trainer ! I have worked in the training sector for a number of years helping small, medium and large businesses fulfill their training and coaching requirements and to achieve continuous business improvement.

TRAYNA UK has been established for over 6 years and offers a friendly and professional training and coaching service.  I pride myself on building long-term positive working relationships with our clients.  You deal directly with your trainer – not an Account Manager!

Adding Value:   I offer high quality, enjoyable ‘soft-skills’ training workshops – boring we are not!  I aim for our learning activities to be fun, relaxed and fairly informal – whilst giving you the chance to network, share and learn with other delegates, or colleagues.

I realise that ‘good intentions’ in workshops don’t always get put into action when returning to the busy workplace.  Therefore I can provide a ‘helping hand’ and motivation and encouragement by including a 1:1 coaching session for our delegates, which supports their action plan.  This enables the opportunity for full impact, giving peace of mind that your training budget is well spent.
